Having completed the final aspiration of the Globetrotter Challenge (without having done the optional rounds), Guillermo was rewarded by with a brand new house! It’s a fixer-upper, which is perfect for someone as resourceful and entrepreneurial as Guilly. It’s right in the heart of Conifer Station in Evergreen Harbor, which also happens to be where a certain Phinneas Franklin’s lease is about to expire.
