A lot has happened lately, my dear readers~ First, I gave birth to precious Euphie Grace (and we’re getting somewhere with Elyse, look how happy she is to see a new sibling!). She’s so adorable, I can’t wait to see what He has in store for her~ Jimmy was at work when Euphie joined us, but I’m more than capable of bringing a new life into this world without help by now ^^

Second, my amazing hubby Jim got promoted. He’s getting higher and higher, which I’m glad for! Praise be to Him for the wonderful blessings He’s pouring out on our little family!

We decided to take a trip to San Myshuno, to do a little musical ministry/protest. Fortunately, the square in the Spice District was fairly quiet, so we didn’t have to worry about any defrauding women. 

Once we lured people in... 

Bam! Protest! We got out Jim’s cause (Foundation for Less Mischief), and I think we got some attention, as quiet as the square was. (If you’re curious why we took our little blessings along, well, we need to teach them which side is right both socially and politically. They’re never too young! Euphie was in the capable hands of my mother, who agreed to look after the little one, by the way.) [A/N: The toddlers were all there, just Echo and Eran are good at hiding in these shots >>]

Look how close our precious children are~ They love being in each other’s company (minus Elyse, who prefers to be on her own, for some reason. We’ll work with her more)~

There’s something about the quiet time of the house, before the kids are awake. I use this time for prayer and reflection. I find making that personal time really helps strengthen my faith. I’m really discovering the peaceful time that is the early morning brings with it a sense of His goodness to us~ Make sure you make time for Him, it will help your walk on this journey!

Making time for Jimmy is also important. He has been such a good partner, that greeting him with a smile each morning is the least I can do. In the time before the kids wake up, we chat about life, how things are goings, and talk over a particular Bible passage and how it can be relevant to our everyday lives. He has quite the analytical mind ^^

We’re still having issues with Elyse and her tantrums, so we’ve set up the Quiet Stool (we don’t have a Prayer Closet space in this house, so this’ll do). Whenever she tries to get her way and throw a tantrum, we put her on the stool and leave her alone, so she learns that being meek is the right way to go. It’s like a timeout step, but indoors ^^ (In the meantime I keep her siblings busy so they don’t distract her) She may hate it now, but she’ll love it when she grows up to be a meek young woman and precious helpmeet thanks to our guidance and the work of the Lord. No man wants a domineering wife, after all! You’ve got to get the little ones to learn how to behave from an early age, or Satan will tempt them away when they’re older... Stay blessed,  Tanya ^^

Life with Littles is so precious <3 Elyse, Echo and Eran recently aged up, so now we have four precious toddlers <3  When Jim is home from work, we like to divide the teaching duties; he takes charge of Eli and Eran and I take care of Elyse and Echo. We’re so blessed that three of our lovely littles have curious souls!

Please send prayers for little Elyse, she has a wilful spirit and likes to try and get her way with tears. We pray that the Lord help her to become more meek and not manipulative. 

While our children bring us joy with their curious souls, we have to rein them in and channel their curiosity the right way. We try to be firm when guiding them, but not overly strict. So far, being firm has helped discouraged unwanted expression of curiosity.

On the bright side, Echo is our little bundle of joy, happy to hug her siblings. She’s curious about how her family is feeling, and is quick to hug if one of us is feeling down. We’re so blessed she’s already gained a servant’s heart! And I’m glad for that, as I’m expecting again! We’re so glad He trusts us to bring another blessing into this world!
