I tried playing around with iMMERSE Ultimate ReLight today, it looks so good but it puts weird lighting artifacts on his cheek in certain angles which I don't like...

Back at home, they talk. Long, winding, repetitive conversations. Lucy opens up again and again about her feelings, about how they barely communicate because it's always just work, work, work.
All these talks and heart to heart but is Keith actually listening? He nods, he holds her hands, he parrots his apologies. He tells her he loves her just as he did in the beginning and Lucy dares herself to believe him. And yet, she can't shake the feeling that he just wants her to hear the right words, that all of this is just to pacify her until the conversation's over and he can return to his routines.
A married couple working in business have a friendly bet going about who will become CEO first. Can their marriage survive the cutthroat competition? Can they make room in their busy lives for more than their ambitions?
Tensions were high the following morning. The air between Lucy and Keith was bordering on hostile as they had yet another disagreement. Lucy pointed out how Keith is way too caught up in his career and has been neglecting everything that isn’t work or money.
Irritated, Keith decided he’d rather drown himself in mind-numbing emails than deal with the weight of his actions. Lucy could only watch as once again, the man she married left her behind. She gazed at the wedding photos that adorned their walls, mourning what once was. She couldn’t reconcile that those people–happy, excited, and devoted–were them once.
Vacation in Selvadorada off to a great start! Lucy is completely in her element, captivated by the lush jungle and vibrant community around her. She can feel her excitement pouring out of her—this is exactly what she’s been craving for. She’s even hearing talks about some ancient ruins deep within the jungle. Lucy is thriving.
Keith, on the other hand, is a little less enthralled. Yes, he’s more than happy to indulge his wife on this trip but between the bugs and the dirt, he’s finding Selvadorada less than ideal for a place to relax. When Lucy got too enthusiastic and broke her machete clearing off some path, he took over despite his reservations. He supposes this will be one of the many ways he’ll be making up for all the moments work came first.
It was going so so well. Yesterday, all they did was bask in each other's presence and forget everything else. For a whole day, nothing else mattered but them—no deadlines, no meetings, not even a single email, or anything else that demanded their attention. This was supposed to be a time away from the shackles of the corporate world but somehow Keith managed to drag the chains with him.
Lucy felt her heart drop to her stomach as she watched him fall back into a world of obligations, his face devoid of any tenderness. This trip was meant to bridge the distance between them but instead, she’s losing him all over again.
Come winter, the dust has finally settled. Lucy and Keith were living their lives separately but they met, for what they know would be the last time. Lucy just wanted some closure–a little moment to finally close this chapter of her life for good. All she hoped for was perhaps a few shared apologies, maybe a silent promise to never cross paths again. Quite a peaceful way to end things, at least on paper.
But Keith had something else in mind. In a reckless moment of honesty, he blurted out that he missed her. The words exploded between them and it hit Lucy with overwhelming repulse. The anger surged up deep within her, a painful reminder of what transpired between them, what she had to endure. She would never miss him. What she thought would be a peaceful, amicable parting turned sour in an instant. Lucy left first, carrying a realization that she'd said her goodbyes long before this moment. She walked away and didn't look back.
Keith sat alone, stewing in his stupidity, all the weight of his past actions crashing down on him once again. There was no undoing the damage or rewinding time. All he could do was watch her leave for the last time, and he finally understood what it was like to be the one left behind.
End.
