nah its good fam! i’ll make one out of cardboard or smth, maybe i’ll hunt a michael’s store for some materials. my dad’s gonna loan me 20 bucks to help with my costume so i’ll probably get something to work with for halloween. thank u tho!

Wait is the difference in accents like my teacher demands we pronounce 'oui' as wii/wee but a man in a restaurant in Sainte Anesthésie taught me to pronounce it like ou-èh or am i mistaken? He had a butt chin but das not important

Well this is no accent matters really, but more a matter of language register.“Oui” is litterally “yes” and “Ouais”, that you pronounce ou-èh is “yeah”. Ouais is more familiar than Oui and you use it with friends, family, in a normal conversation etc... but for exemple, it is better to use “Oui” when you talk to a teacher or some authority figure,  because it’s like... more polite i guess

Well... There’s this one thing that makes nothern people laugh, it’s the way we say the sound “in/ein/ain” (it’s not said like in english at all)

For exemple, for the word “pain” that means “bread”, we dont really say it just “pain” but a bit like “paing”. Like, the vowel sound is very exagerated and.. sharper I think??

Also you have the verbal tic “putain con”, we say it a lot lmao (it means something like “fucking dammit” lmaooooo)
