Actually, I think it's adorable! But whenever I'm in need of a community lot, I usually go here http://martinessimblr.tumblr.com/tagged/cottonwood-hills, she made them for her own world, but their still lovely!
I love martines lots with all my heart! Sadly I am always too scared to download any because I don't have/want to hunt for the necessary cc :/

Aww, but it looks cute... What is it that you don't like?
Well for starters I can't really settle on a color that goes well with the school, the over the door fence thingy looks weird but everything else I have is too big and the tower part with the roof decoration is too low but a second floor makes it too high...I like the grey basement and flowers though lol
