Hey guys! Mod Napoleon here. I’ve been doing a little bit of work on the blog, and just thought I’d let everyone know about the changes I’ve made!

First off, there is now a Meet the Mods page! It’s a bit sparse at the moment, but there is where you’ll find who exactly is running this thing, with links to each of our simblrs. It’s also where you will find our Steam information, including our profiles and statuses!

I’ve also added a Resources & Tags page, which is where blog tags and links to other resources will be collected as we create or find them.

That’s about it for now! If anyone has any suggestions for any additions or things they’d like to see from the blog, feel free to message us! More information will be added soon on how to submit, among other things, but for now, if you have anything you’d like us to see, contribute to the group, or look for a game (which info on how to do so if help is needed will also be added soon), tag us with #simnitednations ! Welcome to the Simnited Nations Assembly!

You may or may not have seen the ‘simblr civ massacre’ on your dash over recent weeks. This has been a bloody war friendly gathering of friends having some friendly fun on the strategy game Civilization V!

The belligerents friends in question are jokeplease, the other one, rayscho, simmeringtea, and me, simblraaaaaagghhhh. We’ve received positive feedback to this bloodbath spot of fun from other simblrs, which just goes to show how bloodthirsty we all really are.

A few people have expressed interest in joining, but at the moment the current save we’re playing is quite far a long, which puts anybody joining this late at a disadvantage (especially since the remaining AI civilizations are getting ganged up on by the rest of us, ngl).

So, here’s the deal: we figured we’d set up a new blog dedicated to simblrs playing Civ, which will act as a community/hub to coordinate people looking to play with other tyrants people. If you want to set up a new group, or find one, the idea is that you message us (or tag us in a post), and we’ll post or reblog it. That way you can see who’s looking for players, and you can get in contact with each other! We’ll be tracking the tag #simnitednations

We’ll also reblog/post any submissions of the completely ridiculous goings-on of your game, bc the chaos that inevitably happens cracks us all up tbh. If you have any questions, we can answer those, too!
