I just want you to know that even if you made no content I'd still follow you. You are so nice to answer WCIFs and I can only imagine how many you get. I was drawn to your blog for your storytelling and I stay because you are an amazing person Laura ♥
aw you’re a wonderful person! i always hesitate on rebloging those tags that say things like “message me why you follow me” or “message me what you don’t like about me”.. i think i’ve really changed from the first stages of me being here… so i’m super grateful for everybody that still follows me. thank you so much for taking the time to come by and write this.

I am so late - did you start a Sims 4 legacy?
No, not late. I just recently started it. I wanted to try it in S4 since I never managed to complete on in S3. We'll see how it goes. :)
Do you have builds that would be specific to the style of Oasis Springs?
I don’t currently have any in the Oasis Springs (western/Spanish) style, but if you’re interested in making a request let me know 😊

That’s so scary. I’m allergic to penicillin myself but my Mom says it only makes me throwup so I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
simtonomy said: Oh no, poor child! I hadn’t had the chance to reply to your message/posts about this, so sorry. I sincerely hope he gets better soon! <3 Strength to you all.
Thank you hun, I appreciate it <3

He is brave, he’s being such a good boy about not scratching. Thank you!
simmerjazen said: Oh no! Sorry that poor baby is suffering. I can relate to being scared when something goes wrong with the little ones. Allergic reactions are no joke and it’s sad that there’s no way to know what someone will or won’t be allergic to until after they have a reaction. Hope he gets to feeling better soon!
I knew my other Mama’s would understand how scary and difficult it is when your little ones are sick, especially when they have an allergic reaction. I wish there was a way to test for allergies, but I guess we’re just not there yet. :( Thank you I hope so too!
berrysweetboutique said: I had something similar when they prescribed it to me as a child so I always listed it as an allergy. Then I was told it can be a side effect of the meds even without an allergy. Um… thought this was to help me get better doc. Sheesh. Sending love to your lil one. Glad they found something else he can take.
It can be a side effect without having an allergy? That’s so scary, like you said, this medicine’s suppose to help, not create an even bigger problem then what it was prescribed to treat. I guess there’s just no way of knowing how each person will react, and penicillin is one of our most effective antibiotics. I’ve always listed myself as allergic, but I only throw up so, I didn’t really consider it a true allergy like it is for you and my son. Anyway, thank you for the kind words. We’re hoping he’ll be doing better soon.

I check around Tumblr and see who others recommend, who's trending, stuff like that

As a sim-lit writer myself, I link to my faves on my blog and my writer friends do the same. I check their lists when I want new stories.

Tumblr usually.
Thanks guys! How do you see who’s trending? Do you search the tags?
Yeah, I have links on the WordPress, although probably some of those are out of date, and I’ve noticed that hardly anyone clicks on them anyway.
It’s just that I was really active in the community in 2009 and 2010, and I’ve noticed that all of the places I advertised and browsed for new stories to check out back then are now deader than a very dead thing, so I am wondering how it works now.
If you’re a writer, how you do find new readers?
