Mogwai gig poster by Simon Marchner
Simon Marchner
Simon's clean and minimal style is why he's one of my favourite designers around. Being able to screen print his own posters gives him the control he wants and helps within his designs. Simon has worked with a number of great musicians including The Who, Rolling Stones, Arctic Monkeys and many more. Being able to make his style integrate alongside the essence of artists as well is something Simon does really well. As well as these artists some of Simon's art prints are just as intriguing. A personal favourite is the "Fame Toy", it brings back memories and with the crack to the screen as well gives it that imperfection that I love.
