I've said it before, but I'll say it again. If you like Dragon Age, play Small Fires.
I know Matthieu and Arden technically appeared in the prologue, but I'm going to hold off on drawing them until I have some more vibes. I feel like we really got to know these two in the prologue. And I adored them both dearly. I drew my own Knight-Corporal (again) but I wanted the main attention to be on the companions. Here's Milo:
So far, he's sorta in the middle with Simon, but leaning towards friend. They get along and they definitely bonded over their common enemy: Sardou. Milo's not as strict as Simon would prefer, though. Plus...ultimately Milo chose to blame Baker. IYKYK. I keep comparing them to Tulio and Miguel.
I don't think I would call Milo and Anasha FRIENDS yet, but I think he respects her. At this point in the story, he's pretty in for a penny in for a crown when it comes to stealing off into the night to go help Saga. If he got his way, he'd help raise her. She's family to him as much as Baker was. Is he gonna be Saga's uncle? Cousin? Some sort of vaguely familial but hard to define role that one could say indicates that in adulthood, Milo's turning into Baker? Who knows!
I'll probably do more portraits once chapter one drops. Or sooner. Idk. I'm doing artfight prep, who knows what I'll be drawing.
