#simple white bread

Today I found out that the bread machine I've had since 2005 but haven't used since 2016 no longer BAKES.... it will mix and knead but baking, not so much. So, I had to put the dough in the oven to bake.

I think it turned out great; especially since I didn't know what I was doing.... lol It's more dense than i had hoped, but it tastes delicious!
