A simple and flavorful chicken dish made with just 4 ingredients in the slow cooker. Perfect for a busy day!
Ingredients: 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 3/4 cup barbecue sauce. 3/4 cup orange marmalade. 2 tbsp soy sauce.
Instructions: Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked. With two forks, shred the chicken. Then, stir the chicken in the sauce to coat it.
