Once, A watch-marketer, Built a website and a blog to promote his watches. But he wanted to further narrow his target audience.

He created a buyer persona - a fictional image of his intended customers.

He discovered that the majority of his customers are corporate gifting companies.

So, he adjusted his website and blog to target this specific niche.

Moral of the story - Buyer personas help ensure that all activities in obtaining and serving customers are personalized to the targeted audience's needs.

I love the beach. I hardly ever get there. Two years ago I completed Marie Forleo's B School and one of the things I remember was her statement of: SIMPLIFY TO AMPLIFY * I am a very focused person and can literally work 7 days a week 12 hour days - if I am doing something I love - but is that proactive not productive! * I also know that I can create more work for myself than I need to do just because I am over conscientious. This is why I love the Simplify to Amplify model. Trust me it works. When we can simplify what we are doing, everything seems easier and attainable and we reach our goals so much faster.
