34F air temp. It was freakin’ cold this morning, but the water was mice and warm. Julie was the coach today and I got a pic with her. There was a professional photographer Doug at the pool this morning for GRA. (I’m not sure on the whole story there.) I swam with Heather, Ryan, and John in the slow lane. The benefit of the slow lane is the warm jets from the heaters, Ahhhhh. One set was a blend of IM and free. My butterfly stroke is tragic. Hilarious at best. I took on some water during that set. Glub glub. After the swim workout, we had a great coffee time at Simply Coffee.

GRA swim workout on Christmas Eve Morning. Charles got pictures of each lane. I have a holiday from work today, so got to enjoy a coffee and snack at the local coffee shop Simply Coffee with the GRA kids afterwards. Very nice. Air was cold, but water was warm. Great way to start the day.
