happy valentine’s day!!! 🌹🥹❤️ where I’m from valentine’s day translates to friend’s day, thus it doesn’t have such a strong connotation with romantic love as maybe elsewhere. to celebrate the friendships I’ve made here on tumblr I made a silly little friend’s day card to say thank you for being a friend!!
the card depicts our favourite boys working hard in my SIMP’S CAKES -bakery on this valentine’s day. there are many custom cake orders to finish (front of the house has messed up the order slips and are now calling everybody back to confirm orders) and there’s even a fire to put out (ted and tim got into it over frosting flavours and forgot one of the cakes in the oven) before we get all the cakes out to our customers… at least one of my bakers is high (not naming names) and one baker is very upset that nobody ordered a helicopter themed cake (guess who). I did teach them all how to wash their hands and I’m trying my best to keep them from licking the spatulas. I’m saving all of you a slice of the best cake they bake! 🎂
