To start select a rig alone : the male one (amRig) and next, the female one (afRig) for exemple. For that, open the male rig, and next click on File > Append and select the female rig. You'll see list of folders, click on the folder called Objects : press the Shift tab of your keyboard and select everything that start by "af". It's valable for the other rigs : select only what start by "af" for the female rig, "am" for the male rig, "bu" for the baby rig, "cu" for the child rig and "pu" for the toddler rig.
You have now something like in the pic below :
To fix that, select the rig you've just imported : the female rig by clicking on it's name (see the red circle). Next, you just need to turn it in Pose Mode like shown in the pic below.
Once that's done, click on the joint on the pelvis level, next, on the menu on the right, click on the bone, you'll have the name of the joint, and he must contain the wor "Root". The male rig is selected.
Just below the joint name, you'll see that :
Type -0.35 on the same spot in the red circle in the location part, and the male rig will move backward. If you type 0.35 without the "-", the male rig will move forward. The 1st line in Location of the Root joint move the rig from left to right, the 2nd line from top to bottom. And like you've just discrovered, the 3th line move it from backward to forward. Next, select the Root joint of the female rig. And at the same spot than for the male rig type 0.35. Next, to put her face to face with the male rig, type 90 in the same place than the red circle, in the rotation part. The other lines of the Rotation part can also be used depending on the pose you want to make ^^
Voila, it's by playing with the Root joint's position in the location and rotation part that the sims will snap together when making poses ^^
In fact, the problem with the multirigs, it's that their position isn't fixed withthe Root joint, but in the Objects tab, like shown below.
And that's why the poses don't snappent and that a pose when a sims float in the air don't work.
To position a rig correctly, you need to use the Root joint ^^
The poses who dont snappent together can be fixed like that : you just need to open a rig, import the second one like explained in the begining. Turing the one you just imported in Pose Mode like i explained. Then import your poses, and fix the positions of your rigs by postioning the Root joint like I explained earlier ^^
