#sims 4 problems

I messed up.

Anytime I try and play in my NEW SAVE I can't even make this up, the game loads, resume = game just shuts off. Load game, select my household= game just shuts off. And of course I haven't backed up my saves yet. But if theyre ruined theres no point. I dont know what to do I'll probably record my screen to show you guys but if you can tell me a solution or if the files aren't corrupted and they're salvageable and its a common problem, please let me know. I am so desperate and tired of this. BRB crying ✌️

If you need me, I'll be over here crying because all my in-game photos are gone. Like, not even black frames, but just GONE. I went back to my earliest save and they're still gone. 😭

Help needed

My story dropping is delayed yet again, due to Sims 4 being a jar full of bugs.

The lot on San Myshuno, I have circled below. Is glitched it seems. I have Stella's law offices there.

If I try to edit it, game crashes. If I try to visit it, it crashes. If I try to replace it with something else from the gallery, online, or personal, it crashes.

Any idea what to do, or have I just lost a lot, and have to live with it?

Opened my game and for some reason the framerate is SO LOW. I thought maybe restarting would help, but it's still the same.

I did download a little bit of cc before playing, but I don't think that's the issue? I can try seeing if it is tomorrow. But does anyone know what else could be causing this?
