Downtown Paris with Luxury shops such as Cartier, Gucci, and Chanel for a perfect day outing. You'll also find anything your sim needs to ready themselves for the wedding season with a bakery, floral shop, and salon that overlooks the streets of Paris! You can also enjoy a bite or drink at the restaurant bar, cozy up with a latte, or order your favorite artist's work at the art gallery.

Plus, there are two apartments that your sims can stay at or rent to live and run one of the businesses from! One quaint apartment and another luxury style with an office. Both share stunning views of the city along with large balconies to enjoy a warm fire, bask in some Parisian rays, or take in some vino and cheese, plus bread from the bakery below!

Just a little preview shot of a new interior build I’ve been working on (still a WIP). I wanted to challenge myself and try and create a studio apartment that would be fully functional despite working with a very limited space! The bedroom, living area, kitchen and dining room are all in one. The only other room is a 3x2 bathroom (not pictured) :)

Hello everyone! After such a long break and struggling with lost saves due to computer problems I’m finally back... Not for too long, though, this year I’m going to study till I kill my finals (or the other way round) so no time for simming ;;

I have already packed my game with some cc and I also have a lovely couple with which I enjoy my game! I’m not sure whether I can post them, though - they are not mine and moreover they are edited versions of downloaded simmies (I changed skintones and some genetics, so creators would probably kill me ;____;). You can still catch a screenshot of their current bedroom! ^^ I love their flat so much and morning shots are so flattering for every room in TS3 I think.

Anyways! I don’t know what to post tbh (reason above) and I’m totally sad about it. What do do? Eh. I hope you have a great time! Bye:)
