$ Lost Wages $ is a beautiful city in the middle of the desert where sims can gamble away their life savings! Here are some early screenshots. I really hope you guys enjoy this. Its been a long time since I made a desert themed world, and If I was going to build a Sims 3 world around gambling, of course it was going to have to be inspired by Las Vegas. Here are some early screenshots. Keep in mind this is still a work in progress. The link to the first Beta is located in the first reply below. ( Only if we're talking about the SimsForum, otherwise it's right here ) The final version will also include a saved game file and some additional lots by CJplays.

Here's a link to the first Beta. Before you download the world it requires, all expansion packs, plus the vanilla version of Lucky Palms, Let it Ride Roulette Table, The Dead Man's Hand Poker Table, and the Triple Rich Slot O' Jackpot's Slot Machine. One of the lots also uses the Boardwalk and World of Wonders sets.

The Sims forums just aint it

So I’ve been playing the Sims 4 for years now and, with all the recent updates, I was reflecting on some issues I’ve had with it and decided that at least one of them was important enough that I really wanted to bring it to EA’s attention, which is how I landed on the forums. For those of you who have never been on the forums, you have to jump through some utterly ridiculous hoops and spend an indefinite amount of time building up interaction with your profile in order to become a full member and finally be able to just... start discussions of your own. I’m stuck as a “new member” for God knows how long due to this overly long and convoluted process so, for now, all I can do is comment on other people’s stuff. I understand that they introduced this process to limit trolling but holy fuck it’s just absurd that the process of becoming a full member is so complicated that they’ve posted an entire tutorial explaining it to new members. I can’t support a company putting a forum out there for the purpose of people sharing their honest thoughts about their product just to then exclude a whole bunch of people by insisting upon an idiotic and unnecessary process like this for people to be able to post.

Rosemow?

I’m starting to be more active on the Sims 4 forums, and one name always comes up no matter where or what I pose. Rosemow. I’ve known that name since I started posting on the forums years ago, but now I’m realizing she’s (he’s?) everywhere. What’s up with Rosemow?

For a while, I thought she was an old lady who spent her time playing the Sims. Then I started wondering if she’s someone with autism who just found her home on the forums despite not playing the game. Now I’m seeing theories that she’s a bot? Does anybody know what the deal with Rosemow is?

A synopsis of sorts, I guess you can call my little page here a “Simblr” *giggles*, anyway I wanted to also add a little section to kind of describe what will be featured on my little Simblr here.

I will be using this page to just post how I feel about The Sims games in general, perhaps share some news about The Sims from time to time, and even show off some screenshots of my Sims games. I really hope everyone enjoys reading through my posts, I am not the best at getting out how I feel through words, but I will surely try.
