Fun Fact: You can see here what seems to be an original lay out for TS1's neighborhood. In a way, this looks very similar to the pre-development hood where the layout was the same but the street, rather than being a simple loop, had a few bends and turns.

Also interesting but those house models might be from SimCity 3000.
