So Don calls Zayla for the 30th time during this week alone. He has been wanting to see her but she has been dodging literally all of his calls. Zayla finally decides to answer just this one time.

Don: "Zayla. I have been trying to get ahold of you."

Zayla: "I know. I have been kinda preoccupied with work and helping raise a toddler. Its not exactly the easiest life, Don."

Don: "I have to see you again."

Zayla: "And you have made that pretty clear through your creepy texts."

Don: "All I'm asking for is a coffee and maybe a stroll through the park. Or maybe another dinner. But I guess that is creepy."

Zayla: "It's how you implied that you wanted to go on another date that creeped me out. *pauses for a second* I'll give you another chance. I'll have to check my work schedule and call you back."

Don: "And that is fine with me. Have a lovely day beautiful."

[Zayla hangs up the phone]

Beth: "Who the hell was that?"

Zayla: "That Don guy." *chuckles*

Beth: *scoffs and rolls her eyes* "Oh God."

Daphne: *babbles slightly but speaks clearer and in fuller sentences* "Yes, zay zay."

Zayla: "Mommy went back to bed which means its just us 2 for a couple of hours. Let's get some cartoons on for you and nibbler."

Daphne: *in a quiet excited tone* "Otay!!"

Even though Beth and Zayla woke up at 4am to make homemade pancakes FOR DAPHNE, the little girl still insists on eating CEREAL! 😭😭 I guess you cant take a toddler away from their favorite food. Lmao.
