#sims2cc: lots

Hei guys!

I’m sorry lately I haven’t been posting anything new, but I’m working on something that should be ready in the next days :3

Meanwhile, just to “distract” myself, I built this lot - a “remake” of the TS1 Hot Date “Crumplebottom Memorial”. i swear, I started with the best intentions ever, including counting one by one the tiles and keep both TS1 and TS2 open at the same time, but despite the shape, it looks completely different eheh

Plus, building something vaguely similar without any kind of CC is always a big challenge for me! Although it’s supposed to be a Memorial, I made it more into a wedding place... which it doesn’t make sense, but, you know, we’re talking about The Sims. It’s also a nice place to go on a date or with the whole family!

I was thinking to remake other lots from Downtown, but let’s see how this goes eheh

This is a Community lot, completely CC free and created using the Ultimate Collection, in a clean enviroment (Any Game Starter).

Veronaville Resized Lots!

Hi guys, how’s going?

As many of you might already know, I have a thing for some of the EAxis lots - although I usually avoid play with them because they’re too big or badly “used” in terms of playability, Since I saw that my previous lots were nicely received, I’m sharing an edited version of the 3 occupied household of Veronaville!

As you can see from the pics, the lots are almost identical to the original ones, I’ve barely touched them, except for the Summerdream’s because I changed some things at the back (Initially, I wanted to makeover the lots but, to be honest, I’m quite happy with the basegame items!).

They don’t have those beautiful gardens anymore but there’s still enough space to make some additions if you’d like to :)

Details:

The lots are still residential, but smaller than the originals. They are completely CC free, I didn’t use any items from the Stories Series and there shouldn’t be any issues with the objects placement/blocked path. Due to the use of the LotAdjuster, there might be some issues with the foundations or the terrain paint, although in my game they still worked fine.

KWLW Studios Remake - directly from Studio Town!

Hi guys!

Since in the past days I have been dealing just with TS1 stuff, I’ve noticed that there’s no lot recreation around for Studio Town (same as Hot Date, unfortunately).

So, I thought to give it a try and this time I’m more satisfied with the final result. I was able to re-make almost everything and I’ve added just few more things to make the lot actually useful (now that I see it, it’s such a pity that none of Superstar activities made it to TS2).

Again this is a Community lot, completely CC free (I’ve also been careful with the Stories stuff - but please tell me if you see anything weird anyway) and created using the Ultimate Collection, in a clean enviroment (Any Game Starter).

Meeker Studios - TS1 Remake from StudioTown!

Hi guys, how’s going?

I have another lot for you - one that in a vanilla game and withouth changes is completely useless lol

In the original TS1 game it was a very interesting place for beginners, but in TS2... I didn’t want to replace much since I’ve been trying to keep the remakes as faithful as possible.

The major edit I did was to make the Star Trailer, making it livable (but, of course, I forgot to take the pictures lol).

Overall I like the it, but it definitely needs some changes to be useful.

Landgraab Mall - TS1 Remake from Hot Date!

Hi guys, I hope everybody is enjoying this pre-Christmas weeks :)

I finished this remake a couple of days ago but, due to work and stretched pictures, I post-poned until today! I’m very happy with the lot and I think it could be a nice business to run. I tried to make functional displays but the ones in TS1 were so much better (and nicer eheh)

I’m sorry for the horrible previews, but if I try again to edit them in GIMP I think I might end up smashing my mouse lol

Cameron’s Lounge - TS1 remake from Studio Town!

Hi guys, how are you?

Yesterday i was able to finish another lot remake, although then I was too lazy to take the pictures :D anyway this is another interesting lot of Studio town, it works quite nice as cafe and I added the vending machines to not have the sims relying on the hot dogs (it’s a pity the stands from BV/AL are so huge).

Again, I messed up the tiles counting, so I had to forget the idea of the stage on the OfB fundations...

Hope you’ll like it as much as I do :)

Hedman Hideaway - TS1 Remake from Hotdate!

Hei guys, how’s going? I hope you’re all having a good time :)

I’ve just finished another remake from HotDate and I couldn’t wait to share it with you! It was a little intimidating at the beginning (especially the outside) but in the end it was not that bad :)

The lot is fully functional, it makes a nice restaurant/cafe for your sims and the layout it’s quite good too!

Old Farm Square - remake from TS1 Hot Date!

Hi guys! SInce lately I’ve been working a lot on accessories, I always look for new “distractions” and to finish the pending projects... Ok, I also keep playing but atm I don’t feel like sharing gameplay pics lol

I’ve just finished a nother remake from TS1, this time is a lot from Downtown (TS1 Hot Date)...
