Simmington State University

A new uni world for the sims 3 by  Starry-PhoenixSims on ModtheSims.

Not sure many people know about this world but it’s amazing. It’s made to replace your uni world in your origin folder so your sim can go straight there when going to uni. It’s way more optimized than the EA world as far as size, routing, and general uni building bug fixes.

Yet somehow you still get everything you need and more. I personally play this world and revamp it’s lots then save the ndh file and plop it in my saves. It runs so well, I love bar hopping, going to the arcade, and visiting the skate park, personally.

Moved Deanna into the little house instead of the dorms, and re-created her room, and made the rest of her house match it. 8) I saved it this time!

I always use bright mix/matched colours when I decorate, so I went out of my comfort zone and tried to make everything match, and use neutral/pastel colours. 

I like it! ♥ It kinda looks like a berry sim house.

So my sims character became bf/gf with his roommate and after there was a fire incident in the dorm house, he RuNS OVER TO HER AND HUGS HER.

LIKE WHY DOES MY SIM HAVE A BETTER LOVE LIFE THAN ME? WHY DOES MY SIM HAVE A BETTER LIFE IN GENERAL THAN ME??

Even though my Sim should be dead at over 100 days old, she’s now attending university for the first time!  Most her skills are maxed out by now though..
