#sims4 problems

I don’t know what to make of this . . . the fireplaces and cabinets suddenly have those annoying SSAO shadow lines through them. The large promo shot [photo #4] is unedited - this was taken back when the set was released. Stranger still - that photo of the cabinets [photo #3] the re-cloned pieces are on the left - the ones on the right only ONE of the cabinets is suffering with this problem. What gives? I am also seeing this on a number of pieces that never had this problem before. [Editing to add - the fireplace photos both show the newly cloned fixed version on the left and the original versions on the right as they are in my game today - to repeat - the last photo shows how they looked as they were released]

Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a batch fix by any chance?

This is Annie. She bugged out in her household. Nobody could interact with her, and she just stood in place for hours collecting dirt. I ended up leaving the game, but haven’t gone back in to see if she’s still stuck in her state of stinky-melancholia.

Themes make me Scream

I cannot for the love of me find a freaking theme I like. All of them have something about them that I love and hate all at once. I don’t need a million and one things for social stuff, I also don’t need a music player. Cute colors, curly-cues, and balloons are awesome of course. 

Guess I will need to sit my butt down and make a sketch and see how I feel about it and then get to work on making it become a reality. I’ll have some mock ups done by the end of the week. 

I’d love to see and or hear any suggestions you all may have regarding simblr layouts and the like. Thanks in advance!
