I lost my beloved dog very suddenly to a disease called IVDD 2 years ago and it was possibly the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. His name was Waddles, a longhaired dachshund, and he was my world. I still cry all the time. I have avoided anything dog or pet related for some time because of the pain it made me feel. I couldn’t even make dogs or cats in the Sims. It felt good to make this. I love the fact that this game offers an enormous potential for healing. It’s truly unique in the sense that it can simulate reality in a way that can provide growth and self care.

BONUS- here is Waddles! My son and my best friend.
