I keep seeing the cure on tvd... Now correct me if I'm wrong but wasnt the cure technically what killed Kats body by causing rapid aging so she had to body jump? So technically if anybody but Elena or Care gets it they should die of old age right?

Well it was implied that being drained of the cure was what made her age rapidly, because she was fairly normal until she was drained by Silas and then she started to age quickly.

The first thing I thought of when they had Matt give Tyler a police application is the many ways Tylers wolf gene. Tyler WILL apply even knowing that just like he bit Caroline when ordered to. Then I thought of Rick & Shane TWD done terribly wrong.

I dunno its like they have steadily morfed Klaus who was my fav into a steve erkle (family matters) blahfest whos seduction method is erkles famous I'm wearing her down method. And hes like a side character in his own show 4 some odd logicless reason

Yeah, even in the odd gifsets I see of TO Klaus is such a flaccid wet noodle it's insane. And good god, what a strategy, taking your lead character and making him into a bowl of cold mashed potatoes and relegating him to supporting character in what's supposed to be his own show.

See the use of the word 'pure' in relation to tatia doesnt bug me cause the word pure by no means equals innocent. Klaus' singlminded drive to become a hybrid was 'pure' determination to move whatever mountains stood in his path.

Well it bugs the hell out of me because it implies that women can somehow be inherently "dirty" or "wrong", and dividing women into sluts/bitches/whores and actual worthwhile human beings is not something I'm a fan of. And while you're entitled to interpret it how you want there is a definite specific cultural association with the word "pure" when it comes to women.

Pt 1 But stefan really didn't teach caroline how to be a vampire. He gave her some information then everything w/ klaus happened and he was gone. Caroline taught herself how to be the way she is tbc

.If that's teaching her then I don't know what the hybrids problem was with Klaus as he did the exact same thing with them gave them some information then totes expected them like Caroline has done w/stefan to be open to repaying him.

Pt 3 and I know it different cause 'the hybrids where Klaus' slaves!' But to me Caroline has always seemed so very sired to the IDEA and not the reality of Stefan to realize thar she did all of this herself. Shes perfect and its lil thanks tbc

 Pt4 to anyone who isn't Caroline. Shes always been alone. She turned alone. She didn't adopt stefans diet. She is her own person and being Stefans friend shouldn't mean that she's his personal manservant for whatever he needs.

I agree that Caroline did all of the heavy lifting when it came to be a vampire, but I think Stefan definitely helped her regain her inner compass and get back on her feet. But obviously I think it's absurd that some people seem to think that Caroline needs to revolve her entire life around Stefan's needs when she's done more than enough to make up for what he's done for her.

Pt 1 See I don't have a problem at all with stephans need to start over & cut all ties BUT when you look at it you realize that the only time Stephan has ever been there for Caroline is when he saved her from Damon cause Elena told him to.tbc

Pt2 that & trying to get her on the bunny diet are the only times I can think of. Caroline IS Lexi to Stephan. Her purpose in life is to be his cheerleader/aa coach. Whatever else is going on w/her or her ppl is secondary and therefore unimportant

 Well, I think saving Caroline's life and teaching her how to be a vampire is kind of a big deal.

Everyone super pressed about everything rewatching the episode and wondering what Damon been eating other then pancakes? I mean Bonnie the only other person in this other world right? He's still a vampire....

Yeah, the whole situation has a very weird Groundhog Day element to it that I think must be a hint towards something. I mean it's one thing to be stuck in a repeating day, but why have the same breakfast every day? Why do the crossword every day? Even though they're alone they have the entirety of MF at their disposal if not more. I'm also curious as to what the significance of the eclipse is, because that seems like a very potentially witchy occurrence and if I recall correctly it was actually included in the promo poster. And what you said about Enzo, Rebekah, and Tyler is sadly true.
