Okay, I've been seeing some amazing Sims 3 builders (mostly @sim-songs) and it inspired me to get back to building. So for a while I've wanted to redo Kit Island in the style of Martha's Vineyard as a fancy sim vacation spot to visit. But instead of calling it Martha's Vineyard, I decided on Bella's Vineyard, as whose more iconic than Bella Goth? And I feel that they would definitely own a fancy vineyard vacation home.

I started on this project back in 2025 with my current household in a house modeled after one I found on google images, and have just continued to build it out little by little as I get inspiration.

Well, enter inspiration for my first community lot! This is based off of Atlantic fish & Chop House on Main Street in Edgartown Martha's Vineyard. Exterior is finished, and inside are shells ready to be decorated as a bakery and restaurant and boutique using @phoebejaysims mods. I got some amazing help from the builders hanging out in the Creator's Cave discord (looking at you @deniisu-sims and @bietjie thank you!) to help it get to its final stage. And thank you to the cc creators @syninplays @martassimsbookcc @omedapixel @rachel-homeanddesign-sims, @missyzim @aroundthesims,(deniisu again) and @phoebejaysims.

Fall Master Bedroom in Cosy Brook

Recently been loving playing in Cosy Brook by @nessiepenguin. My sims moved to a new house so queue a newly decorated cozy fall master bedroom.

Hello again :)

Hello, to those of you still hanging around here! So sorry I missed Simblrween this year, but I'm happy to share that I have some new CAS Backgrounds coming out tomorrow, and more almost ready (just need preview pics) to release soon! So yay for more conversions coming! If you'd like to read on about what else I'm working on and what I've been doing in my personal life read below :)

First if I've been a little MIA its because I just delivered a healthy baby boy. Yay! But pregnancy left me super tired so I had very little energy left for conversions. I've still been building and trying to play a little rotationally, so I may share some more of the pics from that play time but we'll see.

As far as conversions I have some small "mini sets" of buy mode CC as well as a LOT of half finished conversions that I'd like to polish up and at least share the finished parts. Converting is such a learning curve and because of all the other things I've had going on in RL it hasn't been a priority to continue to poke around and trouble shoot. But with that said, I have also learned a lot and gotten some help (shout out to the amazing Creator's Cave Discord) so while I'm in the simming mood I'd love to give back to all of you and hit that publish button before life gets busy again so stay tuned. Saint Magnolia Hospital

Been a while but wanted to pop in and show you all what I've been up to. I started this Hospital in Saint Greer, but now it moves around to all my towns with me. Been inspired to finish decorating as I eagerly await the next version of @olomaya's Private Clinic mod. Coming soon is Optometry, which I've included a space for on floor one, more maternity care so that's the second floor, and currently we have the psychiatry module, so I have a counseling room and office on floor three, meeting space, and of course all the techy machinery. Along with a beautiful but totally not functional kids ward. Photos below. Will also be on my simblr.cc for more details :)

I've been using this reshade configuration since Daisy's generation (I think) but it's a tweak to a preset from @erasabledinosaur, who is my go-to choice for presets!

Wow your posts just get prettier and prettier! I am loving this generation! The decor, the outfits, and the stunning photos! Do you have any tips for taking such lovely in game photos? Is it a new reshade or lighting mod? I’m loving it!

Oh thank you! Glad you like them. I'm actually using the same preset as in my older posts, just tweaked it a bit! My lighting mod is also still the same. As for tips, hmm I like to emulate the cinematography in most things I've watched. Movies in particular have really great angles you can use in game photos!

Aw thanks! :) It's a huuuuge mod, so I sometimes find myself fixing errors more than adding features lol. Maybe I should just go ahead and release, what I'd call the "Alpha" version of it.

(It's really super barebone right now. Sims can have interests and hobbies and all that is currently chosen automatically with their traits. But you can, of course, edit this for your own sims :))
