Fully furnished three bedroom house that also includes, 3.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, office, and outdoor entertainment area. 

I imagined this home would be for a well off couple with two sons. The mom an interior designer and the dad an architect. This house is not the biggest , but I feel as though the parents would've designed every inch of the house to a T. 

I did a speed build of this house which should go up on my YT channel sometime soon. I’ll post the download link when the video goes up!

Four years later.... I present to you: Shoreline Point - 4bd, 4.5ba

Finally got around to finishing this somewhat modern beach house. I remember when I first built this house (4 years ago), I was so proud. I don’t know if I’d day it’s my favorite build, but it was definitely fun taking a trip down memory lane.

There is an issue with the stairs... because I um was not paying attention, and I’m too lazy to fix it. My apologizes. 

I’m in the process of creating a stop-motion build for this house. The download link will be posted once the video is done and uploaded.

My Current WIP! I’m honestly pretty proud of how it has turned out so far. Modern houses aren’t my style what so ever but i had been giving them a go in The Sims 4 so i figured why not try in The Sims 3(It’s 10x harder lol).But I’ll be using this house for a time lapse build for my YouTube channel and  I can already tell its going to be a pain:(
