The flickering neon building attracts travelers like a magnet. It's just like in the good old days: music from the jukebox, the smell of bacon and pancakes, and the portions are so big that there's enough for everyone. The menu has not been changed here for half a century, because why change something that is already perfect?

Narrow streets, tables on the sidewalk, the scent of fresh basil and lemon. Here’s another build using the new expansion pack, Businesses&Hobbies! It’s a romantic and luxurious bed & breakfast inspired by Italy, without CC!

It’s built in Sulani on a 40x30 lot, overall there are 4 guest bedrooms (and a bedroom with a kitchennette + private bathroom for the owner) and 5 bathrooms in total + a small pottery studio and shop on the side❣️

I’ve used no CC gallery art by: MOONL1GHTSEEKER, HootOfTheSims, BansheeHVO, rosemow, catatron16.

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it. I hope you’ll like it!

🏚️ The Love Dump – No-Tell Motel 🥀

Lot Type: Motel/Dive Bar Combo Theme: Grunge | Retro Americana | Roadside Decay

Welcome to The Love Dump, a rundown roadside stop where budget rates meet bad decisions. Nestled on the edge of nowhere, this motel-diner combo is drenched in flickering neon, peeling paint, and that unmistakable scent of secrets.

🛏️ Deluxe Rooms (if “deluxe” means rusted locks and mystery stains) await travelers just passing through… or hiding out. Air-conditioned? Technically. Clean? Debatable. The building features cracked stucco, graffiti-covered doors, and signage that hasn’t seen a repair crew since the '80s.

🔞 Downstairs, a flickering “Adult Video” sign marks the true nature of the establishment: a no-tell zone for late-night rendezvous. A neon-lit phone booth and XXX peep show complete the seedy ambiance.
