They have made their decision to start looking for a house
August and Cassandra feel like the best choice for Rayne is to move out of the city and move somewhere with a nice neighborhood and good schools and of course Cassandra wants a gym in the house and BIG. August just wants a pool and to stay in a decent size budget. August went to the bank and applied for a mortgage -- got approved so now they are just waiting to go view the houses their realtor has picked out for them.
