August 8th, 2019 - The Twins Are Home

Hey guys, it’s Nyla. I know Eric and I haven’t been on here lately to update you guys on the twins but we can finally announce that they are officially home. They’ve been in the hospital for a week and we finally got to bring them home today. We all couldn’t be happier to bring them home. Once we brought them home, Jennie immediately wanted to hold them. When the twins were in the hospital, the kids came up there a lot but couldn’t hold them because the twins were in the incubator. Jennie was very excited to hold them. She wanted to show them the house and have this big party for them lol. Kris also wanted to hold them. Daniel didn’t want to hold them yet, he said their too small for him which is so cute of him to say. I’m just happy to be back home. It actually feels like our family complete since we brought them home. Happy family❤️

August 31th, 2019 - Guys Night Out🎳

Hey guys, it’s Eric! Long time no see. I’ve been trying to get better at posting but my life is somewhat still hectic. Still trying to manage a household with 7 people is pretty difficult but we’re trying to take it one step at a time.

Since our lives been kind of hectic it’s been a while since I hung out with my boys. I decided to take Kris and Daniel to the bowling alley to bowl and just hang out with each other. I would’ve brought Asher with us but it would be kind of hard to have fun with an 1 month at the party. Most likely in the future Asher will join us for our guys night lol.

It was a lot of fun. It was just great to get out of the house and spend time together. The boys said they had a lot of fun which is what matters the most. I’m going to try to make a guys once a month and Nyla and I are going to try to post more on here lol.

August 13th, 2019 - Jennie The Helper

Hey guys, it’s Eric again. It’s been very busy in my household these past couple of days. The kids started school yesterday and my in-laws are in town helping us with the twins. Nyla kind of didn’t want them here because she wanted to take care of the kids by herself but I told her it takes a village to raise a kid and we need all the help we can get. I don’t want the kids to stress her out and bring her to postpartum depression.

Since my in-laws have been in town, they taking a lot of pressure off of Nyla and she can get some sleep. Them being in town also helps me do all the errands that I need to do without being worried about Nyla. After school, Jennie, my little helper, came with me do to errands.

One of the errands I needed to do was go grocery shopping which Jennie loves to do. I rarely go shopping, but Jennie goes with Nyla all the time so having her here with me to do errands was very helpful.

Jennie said the sweetest thing once we were finished “I’ll try my best to help you and mom so don’t worry.” She’s literally an angel.

August 12th, 2019 - First Day Of School

Hey guys, it’s Eric. It’s the first day of school! Summer just flew by so fast. The kids were excited for the first day of school but we all know they’ll be excited for the first day of school but next week,  it’ll be so hard to get them out of their beds lol.

I can’t believe how big my kids are getting. This is Kris freshman year in high school, Daniel is a 5th grader and Jennie is in Kindergarten. Can you guys believe how big they are getting? I definitely cried when I drop them off from school. I know not to cry in front of them because they’ll say that I’m being uncool lol.  

I wish time can stop and let me enjoy my babies. They are just growing up too fast. At least I have the twins that are babies but before you know it, they’ll be starting school too. I should not think about that, I’ll end up crying again lol lol.

July 18, 2017 - Ballet Lesson👯

What’s up everyone? How’s everybody today? Well we’re really happy today because Jennie had her first ballet lesson. Since I’m always working, Jennie is always over my mother’s house and even though I know she loves her grandmother, it does get boring over her house and plus I wanted her to do something fun over the summer so I decided to put her in ballet.

She did great for her first lesson. Even though she was shy at first and didn’t really want to talk to anyone, she opened up and made some friends. She’ll have lesson everyday over the summer so sometimes my mother is going to have to bring her when I’m at work but my mom said it’s fine. She said it’s gives them something to do everyday lol.
