Yall, would you believe me if I told you the photographer is not only a deco/NPC sim that is animated but he's functional too! You can click on him and "take a photo". There's a very talented creator by the name of CHERISI that creates animated decos and objects with functionality to them (You can find her on YT and Patreon too) I am going to create photo studios in a few different worlds and have him as an intern or visiting photographer to the area lol Why do I have to give everybody a backstory including deco sims?!
