Personality and Role:

Deborrah is known for her strong, attractive, passionate, and confident nature. Although she grew up with her strict grandparents, she is a very family-oriented person who loves family gatherings and feels at peace when she’s with them. Also, she adapted the personality of her grans wherein she always think before acting and always showing her best for everyone. Because of this, she’s having troubles to open up about her own problems and tends to hide her true emotions and cover it up with a persona to whichever the situation needs.

When talking about her skills, Deborrah is confident with her dancing abilities. Whenever she’s stressed out, she goes to the local dance studio to release the tension and because of this, Deborrah made some few good friends who helped her in honing/ improving her dance skills. Moreover, Deborrah is twice as confident with her singing abilities. She regulary performs at La Luces— a popular local hangout place for teens and young adults. As a result, she gained a bit of fame and started composing songs. However as a perfectionist, Deborrah only had 5 released songs since she always thought that her pieces are always “lacking” or “not enough”. This is the only aspect of her life that she’s still not assured of.

Music Taste and Fashion Style:

Deborrah’s music taste/ style has quite evolved as she gets older. She grew up with her grandparents so she was initially exposed to jazz and some bossa nova, allowing her to learn basic piano. Then when she reached High School, she was addicted to Korean Dramas so she mostly sang movie/ drama soundtracks and slow-tempo ballads. Now that she’s older, she is more focused into R&B, Nu Jazz, French House & a bit of 70’s disco.

On the other hand, Deborrah loves warm aesthetics so she’s usually seen wearing the colors yellow, orange and brown— whether it’s plain or patterned. But sometimes she likes to keep it classy and sexy hence you can also see her in some white’s and red‘s.

Other Noted Characteristics:

• She’s multi-lingual. She can very well speak in English, Spanish, Tagalog, and a bit of Korean and French.

• She loves animals! Deborrah owns a Golden Retriever named Peaches. 🍑

• She is an aspiring cook. She just started learning gourmet cooking and baking.

Main Role: Dancer 

Gender Preferences: Pan-sexual, leans toward masculine-presenting sims. His motto is “If it looks like they can bench me, I’m down.”

Personality: Jae is a bright and outgoing person with boundless amount of energy. He goes out of his way to lighten up a room. 

Zodiac Sign: Leo

Blood Type: O+ Likes: Dancing, hanging out, meeting new people, jogging, music, boxing and vlogging. Dislikes: Staying still, Horror movies and being alone

Style: Is in love with colors, especially pastels, paired with light neutral colors. Has a habit of dyeing the tips of his hair as often as possible. Always has his father’s dog tags on him.

As the son of a Lieutenant Colonel and a retired professional ballerina, with an almost 15 year age gap, Jae’s childhood was an interesting one. He was constantly moving from one place to another which made it hard to make friends and setting down roots. Added with his natural restlessness, Jae would act out and became a disruptive class clown type; to gained positive rapport with his classmates and the kids around the bases. His mother was over how much trouble and embarrassment her son caused that she came up with an idea. With some coaxing and promises of extra dessert, she convinced Jae to participate in her dance classes that she held at clients home. Immediately, the troublesome young boy got hooked. With help from his mother’s strict instruction, young Jae became devoted to learning classical ballet and tap dancing. His father ,at first, was reluctant by this new development but warmed up to the idea as he saw improvement of Jae’s behavior.                                                              ✧ Dancing was the perfect outlet for Jae to express himself while using to burn up his energy. Over time he reach out to learn other types of dancing on his own, loving how each one have its own personality and history. He toned down his past mischievous ways for a more goofy sense of humor but the urge for a good prank still comes up deep inside of him.

Despite beginning reservations, Jae’s father was one of his biggest fans. Even going out of his way to see rehearsals if he knew he would miss a showcase. Unfortunately due to his old age, he died from cardiac arrest little over a year ago. In honor of him, Jae would wear his father’s dog tags, so he can all be with him, especially during performances (Either tucked under his shirt or in his pocket).

Jae is studying at San Myshuno University of Arts for a Choreography degree. After learning so many dances, Jae has already start choreographing his own sets but wanting to learn more to raise them to an unimaginable level. While at Uni, his roommates have gotten him into adding a vocal element to his dance sets: Rapping. His rhythms are still on the raw side but still delivers them with a level of wit and confidence that fits him.

Obsessed with Coffee milk and other milk based drinks. Not a rare sight of to see him sipping from a drink pouch/carton

Has a hard time staying still and fidgets if sitting for too long.

Knowledgeable about various dances and their origins but loves the modern hip-hop wave since its combination of many styles into one. 

Is able to dance en pointe.

Keeps cycling through different artists and groups for being his favorite every week. 

Daily jogs during the morning are one of his few quiet moments he cherishes but open to have others to join in. 

Likes to do live streams via Simstagram of his practices and thinking of putting them up on Simtube.

Personality: Kyung-Mi is quiet and needs to be pulled out of her shell. But once you do, she’s cheerful, funny, and a joy to be around. She comes off as a little dark and twisty but is a real team player.

Main Role: Dancer but can sing as well!

Music Taste/Style: Upbeat, something you can dance to! ;)

Gender Preference: Anyone as long as there is a strong connection. Leans toward feminine Sims.

Fashion style: Kyung-Mi has never stuck to just one style. She loves to try everything out. One month she’ll be wearing nothing but black, the next it will be pastels, the next she’ll be in masculine clothes, and the next she’ll be in nothing but dresses. She loves to experiment with fashion!

Background:

Kyung-Mi grew up in a small town with her grandparents, her parents, and her older sister. Her father was a very important lawyer and her mother was a hairdresser. Her father was much more traditional than her mother and as the head of the house, he set a lot of the rules. He was strict but loving. Kyung-Mi was a fantastic child. She always did what she was told, completed her chores, her homework, and followed all of her father’s rules. Kyung-Mi wanted to make her family proud.

She grew up with her grandparents living in her home and was entirely grateful for it. Out of everyone in her family, she was closest to her Grandfather. She loved his stories and his jokes and how he always knew what to say to make her feel better. As Kyung-Mi got older, she had so much energy and needed something to put it in to. She dreamed of being a dancer, learning every type of dance that was out there. It was her grandfather that convinced her parents to enroll her in ballet at the age of 8. She never looked back. Kyung-Mi took to ballet like a fish takes to water and as she got older; as long as she kept up on her chores and her schoolwork, she was allowed to try any dance she wanted. Kyung-Mi always came back to ballet though when she needed it.

Kyung-Mi and her sister were five years apart. They loved each other, of course, but from a young age were on different paths. Kyung-Mi was much shier, reserved, and rule-abiding than her sister. Her sister was so much more outgoing than her. When she was 15, Kyung-Mi’s sister decided that it was time to follow her dreams. The 20-year-old packed all of her things up and moved away. She was set on meeting celebrities, becoming an actress, and being famous. She even changed her name to Vanessa.

Kyung-Mi has learned every dance style she could. Ballet, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Various Partner dances, and more. There are still more out there that she wants to try. Kyung-Mi’s goal in life wasn’t and isn’t to become famous. Her goal is to be able to spend her life doing something that she loves. Dance. She loves to perform and when she is dancing it is one of the only times, she feels free and alive and truly happy.

When it was time for Kyung-Mi to go to college, she applied to various performing arts schools. Eventually, she got into one of the most Prestigious Performing Arts schools in San Myshuno. She packed her things, tearfully said goodbye to her family, and left to follow her dreams. Kyung-Mi’s main love is dance but she had a secret. She wrote her own music, sang, and loved karaoke! Her roommates found her lyric journal and immediately asked her to perform for them. She was nervous but her roommates were blown away. They convinced her to perform in the school talent show, but not as a dancer; as a singer! Kyung-Mi did it and loved it!

These roommates were also the ones that convinced her to apply for Simstars. She held her breath through the entire thing as she applied. But there, it was done and with a little scream, Kyung-Mi sent the application in, heart beating loudly in her chest. Would she make it? Could she have a chance of being the next Simstar? Kyung-Mi could only hope.
