What a great last 2 weeks we've had with the team from Grace Church! These guys quickly became part of the Sinani family. They supported us with our Youth Camp and made special connections with our kids. We will miss them greatly, but we know that the Lord has made a massive impact on their hearts during their time in SA and they have made a massive impact on ours. Hambani kahle!! Sitobonana masinyane! (Go well! See you soon!)
Sunrise worship with our Restored Roses
Missing these days. We had such a special time with these teens back in December 2019 and were due to have another youth camp in June 2020, but due to the lockdown, it can’t happen. During this camp we all grew closer to each other and closer to Christ. So thankful for technology that keeps us together, encouraging one another when we cannot be together.
Here are two really cool things going on GLOBALLY for Sinani this week! Brenda Rebro is advocating for South Africa in Venice, Florida, USA & Dirk Zwart from The Netherlands will paddle in a kayak 108 km over the longest river in the Netherlands, de Linge, to raise money for orphans and vulnerable children in S.A. Gogo has 10 children and our cousin, Mary comes from a family of 10 children. This made for an instant bond. Sadly, only 4 of gogos children are still living. This is a quick dose of the reality we see in South Africa. Humbling to hear gogo say she can sleep well tonight just because she had visitors. #sinanistories #homevisits #rebrofamily #africalife #episkeptomai #visitthem (at Zwelisha) https://www.instagram.com/p/BshZ3rclVv-ewDpP_HJOZQXdq85LWKrSZFpunY0/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=11qwb6akw6coo
