Just another great picture capturing our precious worship times on our prayer rock.
Walking the dirt roads of South Africa with our friends from Grace Church.
I stand in awe of the beauty of God's Mpumalanga sunrise. (Taken 28 June, 2022)
What a great last 2 weeks we've had with the team from Grace Church! These guys quickly became part of the Sinani family. They supported us with our Youth Camp and made special connections with our kids. We will miss them greatly, but we know that the Lord has made a massive impact on their hearts during their time in SA and they have made a massive impact on ours. Hambani kahle!! Sitobonana masinyane! (Go well! See you soon!)

But as for me, the nearness of God is my good;
I have made the Lord God my refuge,
That I may tell of all Your works.
Psalm 73:28

My heart smiled when I got this photo today from Craig. It was taken yesterday at our Sinani Premier League Game Day in Mpakeni. The fact that he managed to get these 3 together, even though there were over 150 young men at the event, and two of these guys were very busy making the day run smoothly, was a miracle. Life hasn't been easy for any of these young men, but it's each of their own stories to share. My heart overflows with love for them as sons.
Aaron (right) - we call him the firstborn son of Sinani- our first young man, who spent over a year volunteering with us before coming on full-time. He is called to share the love of Jesus with all of the kids in our Sinani communities and everywhere else he goes. He is great with the kids and awesome at engaging them in play. He inspires me to be young at heart.
Cyril (middle) such a special young man...I took notice of him at a bon fire at one of our youth camps when he captivated his peers with a lesson-in-life "ghost story" that I will never forget. It's that bon fire that made me call Craig back in America to say, "this guy needs to be on Team Sinani." He now is the Sinani Premier League Coordinator, where he leads the charge for 105 young men to learn about the transforming power of a relationship with Jesus.
Mpendulo (left) is a son to us. I pray for nothing but the best for him and to heed the call of God on his life. His smile is infectious and his servant heart inspires me to always think of others. He is the best popcorn and hot chocolate maker, but the best part is he loves to make it for others.
My prayer for you all is from 1 Timothy 6:11-12
But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness. Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
