Hey I hope I don't sound rude, I really am just curious, but could you explain why you don't like the body swap theory that is going around?

I hate this… can you call it a trope?… in general. It’s not just because in SH it applies to Magnus who I love (and I don’t wanna see an apparently more Magnus bases episode with this shit going on). I would be also annoyed if it would be Simon, Izzy, Jace, Alec… you get it. Because body swap is pretty much never done well from a writer’s point. Plotholes, helpless characters turning more and more into cartoons, … It also ends up being written poorly and totally ridiculous. Also, I am not just gonna say it is lame for a start, but yeah, it is lame. And whenever I see this in movies or whatever, I turn it off.

I mean, I can imagine that if they really did this on SH, Harry might have had a blast filming it but from a viewers point… seriously? Seriously??? You couldn’t come up with something more exciting? More realer? Like, they already done the damn being possessed plot line, they constantly overuse the shape shifting rune… and now maybe even body swap? 😩😩😩

I do not want this!
