#i feel like i’m dangerously close to burning out of my phd program #i had a stress dream last night about needing to submit something by friday and it was a thursday in my dream and i woke up so confused #and freaked out and even though there’s nothing on my calendar and i know that today os saturday not thursday #i cant even stomach opening my laptop right now even though i was supposed to send my supervisor the 1st draft of my grant three weeks ago #and i havent submitted any writing anywhere #since may #last monday i almost had a melt down because things kept pushing my schedule so that i had to spend more time on campus & less time w/ lio #i’m just feeling shitty and unable to help myself #but still continually pushing myself to show up and do stuff and smile and fake confidence when really i am a wreck on the inside
