Something I don't see the Sing fandom talk about much is the crews relationship with Rosita's kids, specifically JOHNNY!!! He is my most favorite character, and this is just something I absolutely adore.
We don't get many scenes showing this, but we DO (seen in the gif below) see Rosita's piglets seeming to adore Johnny in Sing 2 (along with Meena, Ash, Buster, and Ms Crawley.). And I think it is absolutely adorable.
This leads me to wonder if Johnny has ever babysat for Rosita? What if Rosita couldn't find a sitter so she had to bring them to the theater? Maybe Johnny helped keep them busy? They've obviously bonded before. We see Gunter babysit for Rosita, so what if she'd asked the others to as well?
Speaking of Johnny with the crew's family, at the very end of Sing, we can see Meena's grandpa nudge Johnny a bit. I like to think that maybe since his father was in prison, Meena's family felt bad and started to treat him like their own. Which I think is SO sweet.

I have’nt gotten into Sing in so long, but i love the idea that Buster becomes Porsha’s dad, I think that Porsha’s dad wasnt really nice to her, but Buster is naturally really affectionate.
Also she’s like 4 times the size of him, which made drawing this so difficult, without breaking Buster’s arm
