My personal rule (in case you haven't figured it out) is "never turn down a free sewing machine." This Singer 66 (1930ish) must have looked to passersby like a boring old end table in the rain today, but I knew by the extra folded-in leaf that there was a treasure inside. Just look at those nearly-perfect Red Eye decals. The wiring is totally shot, so I may convert it to a handcrank someday. For now, it will have to linger with my many, many other pending projects.
