I’ll be at the @creative_force_toronto This Thursday (tomorrow) preforming 3 songs. And today is my birthday and Saturday is another show. I have been blessed and I have been busy keeping my mind on positive things I’m doing right now. I’m so excited and scared for my first show but I hope a few years from now I’d read this and be proud of me. Also side note. When I was in high school I used to edit all my photos to have black eyes. I did a whole photo shoot for my photography class and we had to display them. So my partner and I made us looks like clown marionetas. I would dye to see those pics now but I remember having the best time at lunch colouring the eyes. And creating them. Anyways. I loved it. I thought it was cool and I used draw weird characters with black eyes. Tyler did it now Billie and now it’s becoming a thing and im ok with it. Ima be my weird self and do it. Bc that makes me happy. It’s been a week since I was a boat and I miss it. . I learned a lot over the past few months. Mostly accepting who I am and who I wanna be. I think I was afraid and worried I’d fail. I’m a designer I did that. But telling people I wanna be a singer sounds crazy. So I stopped myself from doing what I want. I was so worried people won’t like me if I went to events bc I was over weight and didn’t look like everyone else. I know stupid right. I grew up with everyone having an opinion of what I should do, act or be like. Lol the amount of people who tell me working out and eating healthy will make me lose weight. Lmao DUH. I think anyone who went to school knows that. But someone with a past of eating problems and stuff. Idk. Maybe don’t be concerned about how I look. Focus on me as a person. Bc eating healthy and working out will work and everyone and their moms knows that and anyone with brain knows it, but you telling me that validates all my insecurities and makes me think that’s all you see when you look at me and doesn’t help. With that being said, I’m still working on my self confidence but at least I leave the house now. I’m proud of that at least. Forever a work in progress I guess. I’m turning 27 on Wednesday I’m scared man. Open to advice. Or some good luck. Thank you guys for all your kind msgs on my ups and downs. . I’m not gonna lie I feel hella sad today.
