Songs and how our feelings towards them change.
Okay. I can't be the only one, so I'm putting a call out to everyone. I can't count how many times this has happened to me. I hear a song, see a new performance/cover or see the music used for something completely different and it changes my entire look on it. Maybe it's a song I haven't heard in years and this new experience reintroduces my love for it. Maybe it's a song didn't really care for, and someone else's take changes my mind. Or--and this happens way to many times for it not to be awesome--the new take/performance ruins all others that came before and now whenever I hear the song it's all i can think of.
