if you keep pushing yourself to keep that schedule for 3 weeks, it'll be a habit so you'll feel even worse if you want to skip out on working out, so you're more compelled to go. Plus, exercising has countless benefits :)

thats what i said before i never used the gym again lol at first i ate pizza always because i never had the freedom to eat whatever xD but i don't eat that much normally, so i just tried to restrain myself from eating out of boredom. now #bow2senpai
