Alright alright alright Onwards to week 10 Last weeks totals: 72.7km 2, 201m July 4-10 mini taper week! Monday: Yoga! 30 min strength workout Tuesday: walk and yoga Wednesday: Pilates and easy effort 10 km run. Thursday: yoga Friday: easy effort 3-5 km shakeout run Saturday: SINISTER 7 ULTRA!! Sunday: recovery walk and yoga Hopeful totals for the week 44kms 1000m of vertical Gunna take it really easy the Monday and Tuesday afterwards and get right back into it!
