I have that same problem with Skullcandies. I’m on my second pair by now & they just died the other day. I may have to shell out for some of these.

Right? I think I've gone through four pairs of SkullCandies during the course of one academic year. Which in retrospect is stupid of me to keep going back to the same pair but I mean...they're cheap XD

But yeah, I'm on Amazon right now looking at reviews for the pair of Sennheisers that this one store has on stock and so far I'm pretty thoroughly convinced that £30 is pretty reasonable for these. Better to buy a semi-expensive pair that won't need replacing for a long time than to buy cheap ones that'll die in like 6 months.
