Remmick x reader
My brain is fried so another sneak peak on something I'm cooking, its extremely under cooked (and who tf knows if I'll actually finish it) but I got a serial killer one shot coming so please just give me time to lock back in 😭
You sat at the threshold of your door, your legs crossed, a worn old book resting against them. Your eyes traveled the page, slowly you flip the thin white paper. The book didn’t interest you, not one bit but it was the only way to pass the time as you waited for your favored nightly guest. It was chilly tonight, the cold air lightly dancing on your skin in a feeble attempt to blow you away.
“You know sitting like that ain’t much good for your posture.” Remmick said commenting on your hunched over posture, your back bent as you flipped through the book in your lap. You didn’t so much as offer a glance. “Lovely seeing you too Remmick” You commented. Eyes never leaving the page, a brave poker face pressed into your features. Remmick smiled, his name on your lips sounded so sweet. “You actin’ the maggot? What's with the cold shoulder?” Remmick asked, his eyebrows knitted.
“Maybe I'm bored of you.” You reply, short, cold. Remmick laughed, a smirk brushing his features. “If I bored you, you wouldn’t be sittin’ all nice n’ pretty with your door wide open.” He smirked, eyes lingering. “You like tempting me. Like the way I watch, the way I beg.” You scoffed, gifting an obvious eye roll in return before going back to your book.
“We’ve been dancing around like this for months now little hare” His eyes traced over your body, a layer of want and something dark, twinkling in his eyes. He watched you close, taking in every detail of you like an expensive wine; the way your chest softly rose and fell, the way your eyes slowly skimmed over the pages, even the slight twitch your finger did when you were reaching the pages’ end, as if itching to move along to the following page. “When ya’ gonna let me in? A man can only watch for so long.” He cooed, moving his body close. “I’ll be good, I promise.”
