What do you think about how people use Mary sarcastically asking Stack if he was Smoke as a one up whenever there’s an argument between the two couple in the movie fan base ? Cause in all honesty I refuse to be that someone like Mary would not be able to tell the twins apart
She knew for sure which twin was which. She saw the beaming smile on one of the twins knew for a fact it was Stack. She definitely knows Smoke only smiles when he’s around Annie — even then it’s a tiny smile that you have to look close to see. The manner of which the twins carry themselves differ and people who grew up with them can definitely tell them apart.
