In the middle of her sip, Ana opened her eyes. The cup was gently set down on it’s little platter, and she looked to the floor.

“I have no clue what you speak of.

“Anastasia Jeselbraum.”

The opossum crossed his arms firmly, tail twitching back and forth in an irritable fashion. 

He gave her the most un-amused, disappointed big brother look he could muster...

 and then sighed. 

 “Do not lie, Ana. The Nonnies have shown me the lock and the roaring creature. I know where it is, it is just a matter of you joining me in the descent, or not.”
