Since Blizzard is pretty similar looking to Snatcher from cannon ahit, maybe he could be somewhat like Snatcher and give you contracts to complete. Except they aren’t contracts, and are more like him appearing suddenly from the shadows to politely beg Hattie to help him with different tasks (free of soul theft) based around the subcon crew , i.e., help Snatch learn how to ACTUALLY PLAY THE VIOLIN, find Nessa’s teddie, go rob/mutilate/le epic prank my ex, etc.

AYE, that could work. He probably doesn't do it too often tho, don't wanna get caught by the missus :V

My justification for calling ghost noodle form King December 'Blizzard' is both due to that im pretty sure you said he also had ice powers at some point and I imagine he retains them to some degree but I also imagine that his name is mentioned a lot in the manor so to keep Nessa from putting two and two together and keeping him a secret he calls himself Blizzard.

I have no idea if I did but not only is Blizzard good for those reasons, both that name and his original name are a bit cruel thinking about what happened to him and I love it uwu

the Scandinavian Trio is almost a fanon the fangirls like, in most comic strips Sweden and Norway didn't show as much interests in the other two countries as the fangirls wish, even in the recent birz installment, they just agree on the nordic legends and wondered if they could retire together

While ‘The Scandinavian Trio’ IS a fanon name, I’ll give you that, historically these three countries have always had history with one another. Even outside of Hetalia it’s basically acknowledged that, in its strictest definition, ‘Scandinavian’ refers to Sweden, Norway and Denmark alone. Character contrasts between countries that are

1) neighbouring or related, e.g. (America/Canada),(Germany/Prussia)

2) historically involved e.g. (America/Russia), (Germany/Italy/Japan)

Is also a running theme in Hetalia. Why shouldn’t they apply to them as well?

While they haven’t had much to do in the strips, that’s because they’re relatively minor characters. That doesn’t mean that they’re flat characters or have little to want to do with each other, just that their relationships are not covered in detail. 

As for ‘not showing as much interest in each other as the fangirls expected’, well, that’s quite relative, especially since Sweden and Norway, especially, tend to be quiet and subtle in their actions in the first place. 

(You say in the most recent Birz they want to retire together—isn’t that already a sign that they’re close? )

Also, it’s not like there are few strips on their relationships either. Denmark and Norway pretty much never show up without each other and Denmark and Sweden’s relationships have been touched on before. And in character relationships can we see what characters are made of.

While I agree that ‘Scandinavian Trio’ is a fanon name, within Hetalia or not, discussing character contrasts or relationships without linking these three is kind of ridiculous, and I think I’ll keep that point when discussing Denmark, thank you.
