I still have an unfinished art piece from 2022. It's not even a wip. I could stop now, and it could be considered complete. However, it's not complete, but it's not incomplete. It's in a purgatory state, which ironically is what the art piece is about.

What helped me write trauma better is remembering that the nervous system learns predictions. If danger used to come after quiet, calm can feel threatening. If kindness used to come with a price, kindness can feel suspicious. So healing is not just “they know they’re safe now.” Healing is the slow, annoying, deeply unfair process of teaching the body that the old prediction is not always the present truth.

Fucked up that if you make a minor social blunder you can't ask the person if they hate you forever now because that within itself is another social blunder

I say I want a consistent art style but somethings I think need different approaches. (Definitely not saying I am great at it)
