“     you’re always so supportive, sometimes i’m surprised.     ”    truthfully, serena yoon is someone that she never expected to take a liking to her clothes  -  if anything, she expected her to be a little more high maintenance with her clothing choices if only because that’s what she thinks of every celebrity.  they have a tendency to always shine in her mind, wearing their gucci or their prada or their chanel.  it’s not that jessie judges that  -  more like, she admires it.  she wants to attain that level, she wants to become a distinguished brand.  they’re big dreams for someone like her, but jessie has willpower and a tendency to dig her feet in the dirt if it comes down to it.    “     i’m always grateful, though.  always.     ”

the support of someone like serena is huge for a brand like hers.  the gratitude that she feels towards the actress is more than words can express, but what brings her even more gratitude is serena’s willingness to actually talk to her.  to share in her excitement and maybe, she thinks, they can be friends.    “     anyway .. i’m here for that catching up you asked for.  dinner on me?     ”
