Sirius had to admit that whoever had managed to prank this entire party could only be classified as a genius. And he was kinda jealous that he hadn’t thought about it. But, he could still sit back and watch in amusement. He wasn’t even annoyed that he had drunk one of the spiked drinks. When he realised that he had drunk Veritserum he wasn’t that fussed. It was easy enough to avoid people he didn’t want to talk too. Or, he thought so anyway. He did have a minor panic when he looked across the room and saw Regulus heading his way.
Ever since the Hogsmeade trip he has done his best to not even look at Regulus in the Great Hall. He felt like the moment he had walked away would be it. Regulus made his feelings perfectly clear and Sirius needed to came to terms with that. So why was he walking over to him now?
“Regulus, please. Not now.” Now was not the time to have a conversation with his brother. Not when he couldn’t keep anything to himself. “Can whatever you have to say to me not wait till tomorrow?”
